Building a Design System for a Decade Old Product

Consolidated 500+ components to ~40. Cut build time from 2 weeks to under 1. Designed a three tier token system spanning console, PC, and mobile.

Unifying Four Legacy Menus Into One

Replaced four independently built editors with a single system driven menu. Concept to approval in one month, half the usual timeline. Any designer on the team can now maintain it.
